OUR MISSION

MISSION

Our mission is to reduce the in-efficiency of global freight flows, to save money and reduce CO2 emissions.

European industry is wasting billions of euros through driving too many kilometers and under-utilizing transport equipment. European statistics show that, despite all efforts, on average the utilization of transport equipment is only 43%.

IMAGINE THE POTENTIAL

As shocking as this is, it is not a simple matter to rectify. The dynamics of large multinational organizations have to be considered. There are many local operations taking decisions from their own point of view, each instructing different carriers, with various rate structures, regulations, planning strategies, politics, etc. Within most large multinationals there is good potential for making savings, but this requires the analysis of freight flows and coordination of the operation across the board. Network structures and planning strategies are areas for improvement. Imagine the potential if companies were to align their freight-transport operations with that of their business partners and even competitors.

SIGNIFICANT COST REDUCTIONS

Employing clear vision and effective change management could result in significant cost reductions for your company. Although it is not easy, we can assure you: it is far from impossible. We can show you case studies from multinational organizations that have successfully implemented optimization programs and saved hundreds of millions of euros and dramatically reduced CO2 emissions.
